Yoga Therapy

 

Yoga has tremendous benefits and when practiced under the care of an experienced teacher can offer profound healing.  Never has there been a time where this is more widely recognized than now. Yoga Therapy can be utilized to address and treat areas of injury, pain and imbalance as well as offer relief from depression, stress and anxiety.

In a Yoga Therapy session specific asanas (postures) are applied using precise alignment in order to alleviate patterns of pain and discomfort while restoring greater ease, mobility and harmony.
