Yoga for Fertility
Private classes offer a safe and supportive environment for new students to experience yoga and seasoned practitioners to explore new boundaries in their practice. Each class is customized to meet the student's needs on that particular day. Classes can center around specific areas of the body, categories of poses or demystifying certain asanas. Areas of injury, tension and/or discomfort are addressed using Therapeutic Yoga.
Prenatal and Postpartum classes are one-on-one, allowing mama time and space to be present with the numerous changes during this fertile time of transformation.
In Yoga for Fertility classes, yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breathwork) are applied to help alleviate stress and tension as well as bring a healthy supply of blood and prana (life force energy) to the womb and associated organs of reproduction.
